Monitor Shooting / Editing
Under the authority of the UK, the monitor is the facilitator of a team of operators who work within a module called the monitor module. He acts with them, in the field, to achieve the objectives of the module, in accordance with the product / process standards and the objectives of quality, costs, deadline, safety, management and environment.
Main Missions:
Trains operators at the stations by following the JIT methodology.
Proposes and carries out post improvements (“small” Kaizen).
Participates with his RU in the realization of the balancing, writing of JES and standards, implementation of Comics, and other organizational tasks of his module.
Guarantees the correct application of standards in its Module.
Carries out the vehicles during the online test sheets and guarantees the assembly of the new parts on PRS.
Ensures production on Time, Quality and Quantity.
Promotes social cohesion in its module.
Profile:
-Bac (or pro Bac) scientific (preferably mechanical)
-3 years of experience at least in the automotive industry.
-Knowledge of the Manufacturing environment, Habit to work in workstations with standards, ability to analyze and synthesize, able to detect non-compliance with standards..
-Leadership, charisma, empathy, exemplarity, ability to listen, communicate and explain.
