Position:

Reporting to the Facility Management & Security Manager, your missions include:

• Updating procedures and incident response plans for safety and security aspects.
• Conducting a risk analysis following the update of the Unique Document.
• Monitoring action plans related to various Group and building audits.
• Tracking regulatory registers and regulatory controls.
• Monitoring safety training for all ASM employees.
• Participating in the development and proper conduct of evacuation exercises and the implementation of ASM’s security policy.
• Performing controls related to physical security activities.
• Generating activity reports and monitoring indicators.
• Participating in the CHSCT of ASM.

Profile:

Technical skills:

• Knowledge of ISO27001 and SMSI.
• Mastery of physical security aspects in terms of process and application in the field.
• Knowledge of risk analysis methods (Unique Document).
• Good mastery of Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Power BI.

Personal qualities required:

• Team spirit and rigor.
• Curiosity and ability to work under stress in complex situations.
• Analytical mindset and ability to make proposals.
