Opportunities at AGC Automotive Kenitra: AGC Automotive Kenitra presents several exciting opportunities for dynamic and experienced professionals in the automotive sector. Currently, four key positions are open for recruitment: Maintenance Coordinator, Process Coordinator, Process Technician, and Quality Coordinator FRS & Laboratory.

1. Maintenance Coordinator:

   • Mission: Ensure the proper functioning and availability of equipment, coordinate maintenance and communication between the Autonomous Production Unit (UAP) and the maintenance service.
   • Responsibilities: Effective preventive and corrective maintenance, improvement of equipment reliability, planning and coordination of maintenance interventions, management of technical teams.
   • Qualifications: Master’s degree in industrial engineering, minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive sector, excellent interpersonal skills, responsiveness, and ability to manage emergencies.

2. Process Coordinator:

   • Mission: Monitor and analyze production processes, implement projects to improve productivity and facility efficiency.
   • Responsibilities: Project direction and supervision, analysis of current processes, supplier management, benchmarking, compliance with AGC QSHE procedures.
   • Qualifications: Mechanical/industrial engineering degree, minimum 5 years of experience in automotive production, teamwork skills, proficiency in English.

3. Process Technician:

   • Mission: Monitor and analyze production processes, support the implementation of new machines and installations.
   • Responsibilities: Stability and efficiency of production processes, team training, updating work standards, continuous improvement.
   • Qualifications: BSc or MSc in industrial field, 3 years or more experience in the industrial sector, good interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and teamwork.

4. Quality Coordinator FRS & Laboratory:

   • Mission: Ensure the conformity of products delivered by suppliers, lead laboratory activities.
   • Responsibilities: Management of new product approvals, internal and external audits, standardization and calibration of measurement tools, management of measurement samples.
   • Qualifications: Professional experience of 4 years or more in an industrial environment, industrial engineering or similar education, proficiency in English, knowledge of IATF 16949 and quality tools.
