Rolling Equipment Mechanics Needed in Canada

Are you an experienced equipment mechanic ready for a new opportunity? We have a position for you! A company specializing in the design, manufacturing, and installation of coatings and metal structures in Canada  is actively seeking skilled Rolling Equipment Mechanics to join their team.

Responsibilities:

As a Rolling Equipment Mechanic, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Corrective Maintenance:

   • Perform corrective maintenance on construction equipment.

2. Preventive Maintenance:

   • Conduct preventive maintenance and general upkeep of construction equipment.

3. Diagnostic and Repairs:

   • Diagnose hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic faults in construction equipment and carry out necessary repairs.

4. Blueprint Interpretation:

   • Read and interpret mechanical and electrical blueprints of construction equipment.

5. Additional Tasks:

   • Execute other tasks as required and instructed by the management.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• Education: Professional training in Construction Equipment Mechanics or equivalent.
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Gender: Unspecified.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in the French language.

Additional Information:

Profile:

• Hold a diploma in professional Construction Equipment Mechanics or equivalent.
• Demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Possess a good understanding of maintenance for various equipment such as lifts, forklifts, elevating platforms, fuel tanks, generators, etc.
• Advanced proficiency in the French language; knowledge of English is an asset.
• Ability to read mechanical and electrical blueprints.
• Analytical mindset and keen observation skills.
• Motivated to establish oneself in Canada.

Conditions:

• Contract Type: Fixed-term/3 years, renewable.
• Salary: $20 per hour.
