Recruitment Announcement: First-Class State Engineers – Ministry of Agriculture, Morocco

The Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, Rural Development, Water, and Forestry in the agriculture sector is conducting a recruitment drive for First-Class State Engineers. The recruitment process will take place in Rabat, Meknes, Marrakech, and Agadir starting from February 18, 2024. A total of seventy-four (74) positions are available across various specialties.

Nomination Conditions:

• Open to Moroccan nationals up to 45 years old on the match date.
• Must hold a Muslim country engineer certificate from recognized institutions or an equivalent certificate according to regulatory requirements.

Application Method:

• Nomination is exclusively through the electronic portal of the ministry.
• Registration is considered final after completion.

Registration and Nomination File Submission:

• Complete the Information Statement on the portal by January 15, 2024, at 16:30 (GMT).
• Upload the following documents:
  • CV with a photo, including contact details.
  • Copy of the national identification card.
  • Copy of the diploma in the specified specialties.
  • Copy of the University equivalency decision for degrees from foreign universities.

Additional Requirements:

• Candidates from public departments must upload a final license.
• Candidates with disabilities must upload the “disabled card” or disability certificate.
• Candidates with special status (resistance, nation-sponsored, old military or veteran) must submit applications through specific departments.

Important Notes:

• The success certificate is not considered.
• Incomplete or incorrectly submitted nomination files will not be considered.
• Summonses for exams will be sent via email.
• Oral examinations will be conducted in Rabat or other centers.
• Final lists of candidates and successful candidates will be published on the ministry’s website and the Human Resources Directorate portal.
• Appointments will be made at specified duty stations, subject to potential changes by the department based on operational needs
