Job Profile

Main Missions of the Position:

• Establish litigation files related to Land and Heritage, including expropriation, temporary occupation, encroachments, illegal occupation of ONCF housing, commercial leases, and rents.
• Initiate the expropriation judicial procedure for the acquisition of possession and the transfer of ownership of the land necessary for the realization of the works.
• Initiate litigation actions at different levels of instance before competent courts to defend the interests of the Office, such as administrative tribunals, administrative appeal tribunals, supreme court, etc.
• Process requests related to cases in the pre-litigation phase.
• Assist in forensic examinations.
